For Mortgage Brokers: Join the Calgary Mortgage Broker Directory

Our broker directory isn’t a yellow pages listing — every broker included has been reviewed by our team, holds an active RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) license, and has a defined area of specialization that we use to match them with the right inquiries. That specificity is what makes the referrals actually useful to borrowers, and what makes the directory worth being in.

Featured directory positions are limited. We keep the list intentionally short so that the brokers who are included actually get meaningful lead volume — not a diluted pool spread across fifty names. If you’ve been thinking about applying, it’s worth doing sooner rather than later.

What the Application Covers

  • RECA License Number — Required for all applications. We verify active standing before any listing goes live. No exceptions.
  • Primary Specialization — Tell us where you do your best work: first-time buyers, self-employed borrowers, mortgage renewals, new-to-Canada clients, or commercial. This is how we tag your profile and route the right inquiries to you.
  • Lender Relationships — Which lenders do you actively work with? Brokers with access to ATB Financial, Servus Credit Union, and a mix of monoline lenders tend to be a stronger fit for what our audience is looking for.
  • Languages Spoken — Calgary’s buyer pool is diverse. If you work in Tagalog, Punjabi, Mandarin, or other languages, we want to know — it matters to the people searching.
